About this formulation

Lakshadi Guggul is a classical tablet described in the Sharangdhara Samhita and Bhaishajya Ratnavali (Bhagna Chikitsa). It combines Laksha (lac), Asthisamharaka (Cissus quadrangularis), Ashwagandha, Arjuna and Nagabala with purified Guggulu. In Ayurveda, Asthisamharaka means "that which joins bone". The tablet is traditionally used to nourish Asthi Dhatu (bone tissue), to support joint and ligament strength, and to balance Vata. A suspected fracture must be assessed and treated by a doctor; this tablet is only a traditional support alongside that care.
