The things people ask us most, answered plainly.
Are your medicines genuinely classical formulations?
Most are. A classical product follows the Ayurvedic text named on its product page, ingredient for ingredient and process for process. A few products are proprietary Ayurvedic medicines — our own formulas built from classical ingredients — and their pages say so. We never present a proprietary formula as a classical one.
Are your medicines made in a GMP-certified facility?
Yes. Every formulation is produced in a GMP-certified facility and batch-tested, and the batch number and expiry date are printed on every pack so any pack can be traced.
How do I know the right dosage for me?
Each product page lists the traditional adult dosage. For a dosage tuned to your constitution, age, or an ongoing condition, book a consultation with our Vaidyas — that advice always overrides the label.
What is the difference between a classical formulation and a proprietary one?
A classical formulation reproduces a preparation recorded in an Ayurvedic text — the ingredients and method are fixed by that text, and the citation can be checked. A proprietary formulation is a manufacturer's own recipe. Both are legal; only the first can be verified against a source, which is why we name the text on every classical product.
Do any products need a prescription?
Most of our range is over-the-counter. Formulations marked "Rx Required" are dispensed only against a valid prescription, which you can obtain through our teleconsultation.
