Maha Manjisthadi Kwath is a classical Kwatha (decoction) described in the Sharangdhara Samhita. It is built around Manjishtha (Rubia cordifolia) with more than forty herbs, including Neem, Haridra, Daruharidra, Triphala, Kutki, Guduchi, Khadira, Raktachandana and Patola.
